However, the success of these objectives will primarily depend on the bidder's independent efforts and capabilities. The financial management of the Desk is the responsibility of ITA Headquarters and the Tokyo Office, so the FDI Desk service provider cannot access the funds or benefit from the human resources of the Office. 3. External logistical support for events can be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific event requirements. Attendance at trade fairs will indeed count towards fulfilling the monthly event participation/organization requirement, provided it aligns with the FDI Desk's objectives. 4. While an exact number cannot be provided, the number of missions will depend on specific objectives set by ITA Tokyo Office for its FDI attraction activities. These are typically aligned with strategic goals and market opportunities. 5. The primary focus should be on establishing new connections and expanding the network, while also maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. This should be done with an emphasis on fulfilling the broader objectives of the FDI Desk's activities. 6.
