With reference to your request, we confirm that, in addition to the “LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE TENDER” and “ECONOMIC OFFER”, the documentation expressly indicated in the tender procedure must be submitted, as specified under point 8 of the Invitation Letter:
a.The invitation for bid signed by the legal or authorized company representative;
b.A copy of the ID of the legal representative signed and scanned separately;
c.A copy of the company registration certificate in US;
d.A copy of the W9 form;
e.A technical description of the services offered, according to the requirements under art. 5, explaining the strategy, the methodology and the detailedly proposed activities to be implemented under the contract;
f.Resume of the expert to be appointed as the FDI Desk, duly dated and signed;
g.Annex 1 Requirements for the Tender procedure below the EU Threshold filled in, dated, signed and notarized;
h.Annex 2 Letter of acceptance signed by the legal or authorized company representative;
i. Annex 4 the designated Expert must guarantee to provide his/her collaboration activity exclusively with ITA, without engaging in any other activities with other companies for the entire duration of the contract.
It is further specified that, since no technical attachment was requested at the stage of the “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST”, any additional documents submitted at that time cannot be taken into consideration for the purposes of the tender.

Signature of documentation
It is acceptable to sign the documentation with a wet (manual) signature. A digital signature is not required. The same applies to the Annexes.
Annex 2 – “Working position / Power to bind Vendor (Yes/No)”
This section is intended to confirm whether the signatory of the document holds a position that legally empowers him/her to bind the company (e.g. legal representative, authorized signatory). Please indicate “Yes” if this is the case, or “No” otherwise.
Agency agreement
This refers to situations where the bidder is represented by an agent or intermediary in the context of the tender. If no such agreement exists, you may leave this section blank or indicate “Not applicable.”
Target 4 – “Support service foreign investor search”
This refers to assistance in identifying, contacting, and supporting foreign investors interested in establishing or expanding their presence. The activities may include market research, mapping of potential investors, and providing facilitation services.

Concerning the Annexes, please consider the following order as correct:

Annex 2: Requirements for procurement procedures under the European Union Threshold (to be filled in, dated, signed, and notarized).
