2 Buongiorno. La procedura telematica prevede obbligatoriamente l'inserimento di un documento relativo alla domanda di partecipazione. Non essendo presente tra gli allegati un modello/fac-simile da Voi predisposto, è possibile redigere la domanda su carta intestata ed a testo libero? Oppure esiste un Vs modello apposito che cortesemente potere inviarci? Restando in attesa di un Vs. cortese cenno di riscontro, con l'occasione inviamo cordiali saluti.

5 Buongiorno, scriviamo in merito alla possibilità di partecipare alla gara in oggetto con la nostra società di diritto italiano che ha più volte eseguito lavori di allestimento negli Stati Uniti per clienti istituzionali come ICEX, AAICI e PRO CHILE. Conosciamo bene i regolamenti delle fiere e la necessità, nella maggior parte dei casi, di rivolgersi alle UNIONS e ai general contractor per l'esecuzione dei lavori di allestimento e l'acquisto dei servizi fieristici come corrente, acqua e appendimento. Per quanto riguarda le assicurazioni sia GES che FREEMAN hanno sempre accettato le documentazioni prodotte ad hoc per le varie fiere allestite in quanto EAC dei vari clienti che abbiamo seguito. Abbiamo un magazzino situato nel New Jersey e ci affidiamo a società di trasporto americane per il trasferimento della merce lavorata e destinata alle fiere. Attendiamo vostro cortese riscontro
