Il bando richiede che per poter partecipare la azienda : "Dovrà avere sede, essere autorizzato e avere la licenza per svolgere attività negli Stati Uniti" . Noi potremmo partecipare in collaborazione con la Gamma International corp. ma la manifestazione di interesse deve essere fatta dalla Gamma Tecno Hub ( sede Italia ) o dalla Gamma International corp ? Nel caso debba essere fatta da quest'ultima , deve essere iscritta anche lei ?

2 Good morning, We need some clarification regarding the project: 1 – do you prefer artificial or natural plants? 2 – on the Technical Descripion are listed 2 display 100x100 (cm) / - 2 display 100x50 (cm) / 3 display 50x50 (cm), can you give us some technical information on the material you want it to be made? We can’t see them on the project so we also need to understand where they will be placed 3 – on the Technical Descripion are listed 39 Pouffes in various colors, we count only 29 pieces on the project. Can you confirm us you need 39 pieces? Thank you very much

Please find below the answers: 1.We confirm that live plants are required. 2.The displays listed in the Technical Description will be placed within the Expo area and positioned according to the products to be showcased by the participating companies. They should be intended as product display stands; we recommend a wooden structure, as it is more suitable for this purpose, with a minimum load-bearing capacity of at least 50 lbs per unit. Their exact placement will be defined during the setup phase based on the final layout of the exhibitors and the dimensions of the products. 3.Regarding the pouffes, we confirm that the correct quantity required is 28 pieces, as shown in the project. 3 Good morning, We need some clarifications regarding the project: 1- display window 180x100x50 (cm): have you any image or a technical project to better understand how to build it 2- on the technical description is written: 2 sets of 3 flags: Italy, European Union, United States. On the project we can see only 2 sets of 2 flags (italy and United States), can you confirm the correct number of flags you need? 3- Regarding the videowall: will the structure to support and secure it be provided by the videowall vendor also with static calculations? Or do we need to provide it? 4- On page 8 of the projects appear two identical coffee area with four sofas and a low table, while in all the other images there are one coffee area with sofas and low table and a second coffee area with plants, 8 chairs and a meeting table, can you confirm which is the correct layout? Thank you for your inquiry regarding tender CIG B8E392DF09. The display window is intended as a simple display element to be used if needed. No detailed technical drawings are required beyond a basic functional structure. The required configuration is 2 sets of 3 flags (Italy, European Union, United States), as stated in the technical description. The flags shown in the visual project only indicate placement and positioning and do not represent the final quantity. The structure to support and secure the LED wall will be engineered and installed by the LED wall vendor, including the necessary static calculations, to ensure the screen is properly mounted and self-supporting in full compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry-standard safety protocols. The surrounding frame and structure shall instead be constructed by the booth contractor, in close coordination with the LED wall vendor. Minor adjustments to the structure layout and appearance may be required to ensure the screen fits perfectly and integrates correctly within the frame, and these will be agreed directly with the LED screen vendor as needed. As for the lounge, please refer to the quantities listed in the technical description, which intentionally include higher numbers of items to allow for flexibility and any potential on-site adjustments, should they be required.
